CD PROJEKT RED’s January 2018 GWENT Open tournament is set to take place this weekend.
Participants of the tournament, which are made up of the top eight players of the previous Pro Ladder season, will compete for both a share of the $25,000 prize pool and GWENT Masters Crown Points. The two players that reach the event’s finale will additionally secure their participation in April’s GWENT Challenger tournament.
The tournament will be casted by Connagh “Merchant” Hawkins, Dane “McBeard” McBurnie, Miguel “MegaMogwai” Guerrero León, and David “ImpetuousPanda” Gil Nolskog.
The tournament will begin with the quarterfinals this Saturday, on January 20, followed by the semifinals and final on Sunday, January 21. Players can tune into live coverage, which will begin at 4pm CET on the official CD PROJEKT RED Twitch channel here.
