NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… Launching April 23


During this week’s 2020 Tokyo Game Show, Square Enix announced that NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam on April 23, 2021.

A modern re-telling of 2010’s NieR Replicant, which originally released in Japan in 2010, this prequel invites players to experience a dark, apocalyptic world. The story focuses on a brother’s quest to cure his sister of a deadly disease, with this quest making them question everything in their lives.

A new trailer for the title also made its debut at the event, offering players a closer look at familiar locations. A newly recorded soundtrack by composer Keiichi Okabe from MONACA (NieR, TEKKEN, Drakengard 3) will also be included in this release, along with updated visuals..
