Persona 3 Reload Character Video Series Released

The first of a series of videos around P-Studio and Atlus West’s Persona 3 Reload’s characters has been released.

Voiced by Aleks Le (who previously played Luke in Capcom’s Street Fighter VI), the first character spotlight video focuses on the game’s protagonist. While players can choose the name of the protagonist, he is canonically known as Makoto Yuki, or alternatively Minato Arisato in the manga series. He is a member of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (S.E.E.S.), defeating Shadows with his Persona and Evoker.

To accentuate his style, he features a Sony’s NW-S20x series neck-strap MP3 player and clip-on Audio-Technica model ATH-EM700 SV earphones. For those that played Persona 5 Royal, the protagonist is also a DLC boss as part of the Challenge Battle mode in the Velvet Room.

See him for yourself with the trailer below:

A remake of the PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable title, Shigenori Soejima oversaw updated character designs by Azusa Shimada as part of this release. Meanwhile, Atsushi Kitajoh arranged and composed the music, and Azumi Takahashi and Lotus Juice lent their talents to the vocals.

Persona 3 Reload will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC on February 2.
