Persona 5 Strikers Arriving Stateside February 23

Released in Japan earlier this year, Atlus West will release Persona 5 Strikers for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam stateside on February 23, 2021.

A gameplay crossover between Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors and Atlus’s Persona 5 (you can read our review of the base game here), Persona 5 Strikers is a hack-and-slash title set six months after the events of the original title. This title once again follows Joker and the Phantom Thieves of Hearts as they set out to investigate a series of mysterious change of heart cases that are happening all across Japan.

Although this title uses a real-time combat system, players can also utilize a command-based skills menu that pauses the action to allow for the tactical positioning of Persona skills. In addition, all party members can obtain new moves (which are known as “Master Arts”) by controlling characters manually and taking down enemies. Hitting enemy weak points can also activate a 1 More or All-Out Attack.
