Ahead of its release tomorrow, see what awaits players in Insomniac Games and PlayStation Studios’ Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart with the launch trailer for the game.
In this release, the titular Ratchet and Clank must team up with the resistance group leader Rivet to thwart the evil Nefarious and his plan to conquer other realities. New to this title is real-time near instantaneous travel between different areas, all while utilizing the Rift Tether.
New to the series are a number of additional mechanics, including dashing and wall running. A number of accessibility options have been included, such as a high contrast mode and toggles for simplified traversal, camera sensitivity, and flight assistance.
