The opening cinematic of Bandai Namco’s Scarlet Nexus (featuring THE ORAL CIGARETTES) has been released.
This animation, which can be seen below, features THE ORAL CIGARETTES’ “Dream In Drive” and animation from Sunrise Inc. (best known for the Gundam anime series of shows).
SCARLET NEXUS – Game Opening Animation
Scarlet Nexus is an action-RPG that features a dual protagonist with players taking control of Yuito Sumeragi or Kasane Randall. Yuito takes down foes with blade attacks, while Kasane performs wide, sweeping attacks with kunai. No matter who one chooses, players can exploit enemy weaknesses and dominate each battle.
Previously working on the Tales Of… series of games, Keita Iizuka will serve as the game’s producer and Kenji Anabuki will serve as the game’s director.
The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC via Steam on June 25, 2021.
