Taking place in the far distant future, Scarlet Nexus features a major problem from the outset. Deranged mutants that are known as Others have began their descent from the sky, each possessing a thirst for human brains. Those that have acute extra-sensory abilities, dubbed psionics, are society’s only chance to fight this onslaught. In order to combat these Others, the Other Suppression Force (OSF) was formed. What follows is a complex story of courage, bonds, and heroism that was crafted by minds behind the classic JRPG Tales of Vesperia.

In this title, players will follow the story of new OSF recruit Yuito Sumeragi, who has grand plans to become an elite psionic like the one that rescued him as a child. With this goal in mind, players will be able to explore the city of New Himuka and uncover the mysteries of a Brain Punk future.

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
