Sci-Fi Fantasy RPG Dark Envoy Story Trailer Released

Dive into the fantasy world of Jäan with the latest trailer for Event Horizon’s upcoming sci-fi fantasy RPG Dark Envoy.

Set in a world that precariously strikes a balance between magic and technology, Dark Envoy will give players the chance to travel its 15 different biomes via a Skyship. One should be mindful of its world though, as the world of Jäan shifts with the passage of in-game time.

To get ahead in battle, players will be able to utilize a real-time combat system that packs the ability to slow time and pause the action. A rich collection of companions (with backgrounds from Moon-Elf assassins to ex-Imperial soldiers) will fight alongside you in these bouts, with players molding the main characters and the crew to their playstyle of choice. In all, there are four main classes and 16 different specializations to choose from.

Tying everything together is motion-captured animation, a number of scenic locations, and combat effects that are all rendered in a 4K resolution.
