Star Trek Online: Incursion Now Available on Consoles

The 30th season of the acclaimed Star Trek MMORPG, Gearbox Publishing and Cryptic Studios’ Star Trek Online: Incursion is now available for both PlayStation and Xbox consoles.

In this latest season, Starbase One finds itself under attack from a new Borg threat type. Repelling these Borg forces, Starfleet receives help from a new ally that is both mysterious and powerful.

Dubbed “Taken by Surprise,” this episode will have players participating in two new Task Force Operations (TFOs) and the new in-game event “Borg Tesseract.” Those that play selected content can earn themselves a three Piece “Adaptation” Ground Set. Players will also be able to claim for themselves a free Starfleet Protostar Uniform during the event.

Story-wise, Star Trek Online: Incursion continues last season’s Multiverse story. Players will be able to explore a world following a misunderstanding with the Tholians and the tearing of the Reality Vortex.
