Star Wars Battlefront II Multiplayer Beta Coming in October

Those looking to get some hands-on time with EA’s Star Wars Battlefront II can do so when the multiplayer beta launches in October.

In this beta, players can take control of a trooper, or pilot in a variety of classic Star Wars battles in authentic locations. In the multiplayer beta, players can partake in a 20 v 20 Galactic Assault mode on Theed City with Republic clone troopers and Separatist battle droids in the area surrounding the palace. Also included is a Starfighter Assault battle, which has fans taking control of Star Wars’ most memorable starfighters.

The beta will come to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Origin for PC on October 4 for those who pre-ordered the game. The beta will then be open to the public two days later, from October 6 to October 9.
