A contractor for a PMC, Luke made his first appearance in Street Fighter V. He uses his elite military background to teach mixed martial arts.
Luke is well-rounded and is particularly adept at close-range combat. He focuses on overwhelming offense at both the mid-range and close-range with his Flash Knuckle as his primary tool. Sand Blaster can also be used at a distance, and Sand Blaster features a high speed.

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC worldwide on June 2. The game will also come to Japanese arcades in 2023.
