The 1992 Game Boy classic Super Mario Land 2 has received a full color fan remake, courtesy of toruzz.
This particular hack turns Super Mario Land 2 into a fully colorized Game Boy Color game. Luigi has also been included as a playable character, and he has his own physics.
The remake has been completely done in ASM, so it works on real hardware. In addition, this hack uses GBC’s extra CPU, so all slowdowns found in the original game are gone.
