Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris Gets Story Preview

Ahead of its release on July 10, get acquainted with the story of Bandai Namco’s Sword Art Online Alicization Lycoris with the latest trailer for the game.

The trailer, which can be seen below, shows how players will be able to dive into the anime’s Alicization arc. Series mainstay Kirito has awoken in a mysterious, yet familiar, virtual world where AIs behave like humans. Along the way, Kirito meets Eugeo, and the two make a promise where their destinies will soon become entwined.

These characters must explore the Underworld in search of Alice, all while battling powerful foes along the way.

In addition to this arc, this title will also feature an original storyline, one that contains the new game-exclusive character Medina Orthinanos. Voiced by Miho Okasaki (The Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime), Medina will join series mainstays in this JRPG’s expansive world.
