Tales of Arise – Environment Trailer

Tales of Arise features a world design that is darker in tone compared to previous entries in the series. According to the development team, this was done to further the series evolution and also to appeal to the Western market.

The anime sequences of the title, which have long been a staple of the series, will be produced by Ufotable. Meanwhile, the soundtrack of the title will be written by Motoi Sakuraba, who previously worked on other Tales entries and the Dark Souls series of games. Both veterans (dating back to Tales of Phantasia) and newcomers have been brought on to work on this entry.

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC via Steam on September 10, 2021.
