This former cop of the International Police Organization first made his appearance in TEKKEN 3. After being killed in a shoot-out in Hong Kong, he has been reborn as a reanimated zombie cyborg that possesses no morals whatsoever.
Moves in his arsenal include Fisherman’s Slam, Hatchet Kick, Snake Edge, Gatling Rush, Jet Uppercut, and Slash Kick.
