Using Karate based on Kyokushin style, Jin was trained by his grandfather Heihachi Mishima for the King of Iron Fist Tournament. The Devil Gene also turns him into Devil Jin.

Powered by Unreal Engine 5, all the character models in TEKKEN 8 are completely new and are improved over previous entries. A Heat State, similar to MAX Mode from The King of Fighters series, will also be included.
The game will come out for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC in 2024.
