The Biggest Announcements From the November 2023 Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase

Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time, the first paid expansion for the game, will launch on December 5. It will feature a new story spread across three new biomes and more than three acts. As part of Act 1 at launch, players can meet Gaston, Rapunzel, and EVE while discovering new biomes like Ancient’s Landing, the Glittering Dunes, and the Wild Tangle.

Meanwhile, Update 8, dubbed “The Pumpkin King Returns,” will once again put Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas’ Jack Skellington into Dreamlight Valley. A new Star Path that offers Winter Disney Princess looks will be included alongside a multiplayer feature that supports up to supports players to visit each other’s Valleys. This will also be released December 5.

Looking ahead, players can expect to see Mike and Sulley from Disney and Pixar’s Monsters, Inc. in early 2024 and Tiana from Disney’s The Princess and the Frog in mid-2024. This is on top of other surprise Villagers, Realms, and Star Path seasons.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Arcade Edition will also make its way to Apple Arcade later this year, on December 5.

The Disney Dreamlight Valley Original Video Game Soundtrack is available for streaming Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music Unlimited, and Pandora.
