The Cruel King and the Great Hero Announced

The team at NIS America has announced that The Cruel King and the Great Hero is now in development.

This title tells of the Demon King, who was dethroned by a young valiant hero. However, after severing one of his horns, the Demon King and the hero soon became friends.

From there, players will get acquainted with the descendant of the great hero, Yuu, who also longs to be a hero. Yuu also gets to know Rocky the Sno Fox, who she helps with a family crisis.

The Cruel King and the Great Hero – Gameplay Trailer (Nintendo Switch, PS4)

The game will come out for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on March 1, 2022 in the US, and on March 4, 2022 in EU. A “Storybook Edition” of the game is now available for pre-order.
