The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD Launch Trailer Released


Ahead of its release on Friday, the launch trailer for Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD has been unveiled.

This title poses the question: How far will you go to save your friend? Originally released for the Nintendo Wii in 2011, this title serves as the first game in the Zelda timeline. The title takes place on the floating island of Skyloft and the three Surface overworlds below, which pay host to side quests and dungeons.

To create the music for the game, the team used a live orchestra led by Hajima Wakai and supervised by Koji Kondo. The script for cinematic scenes was handled by Naoki Mori, which includes an origin story for the signature Master Sword.
