The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria Announced

Set in J.R.R. Tolkien’s iconic fantasy world, Free Range Games and North Beach Games’ survival crafting game The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria has been announced.

Taking place in the Fourth Age of Middle-earth, The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria has players taking control of a company of dwarves that have been tasked with reclaiming the lost spoils from the Dwarven homeland of Moria (Khazad-dûm or Dwarrowdelf).

A procedurally-generated Dwarven realm awaits, with every expedition traversable either solo or online with companions. Along the way, players can mine to craft greater gear and resources, but be warned: noise created in the quiet deep threatens to awaken danger.

The ultimate goal is to excavate the mysteries of three legendary mountains, extract precious metals, scrape to survive, and battle unspeakable forces.
