It was previously confirmed that today, January 23rd, was the planned release date for the AC Origins DLC and that appears to be going ahead. However, no further information was given, until now.
A Twitter user posted a response on a Tweet from the official Assassin’s Creed Ubisoft page, inquiring about the exact release time of the DLC on Steam. The response, also from the official account, stated that the game will launch on Steam at approximately 5pm UTC.

We were unable to locate information regarding to the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One launch time, although typically Steam is the one late to the party. We’ll update should we discover any more details.
