Torchlight III Getting Sharpshooter Class


Perfect World Entertainment and Echtra Games announced today that Torchlight III will see the inclusion of the new Sharpshooter hero class.

Combining careful precision skills with magical trinkets and ranged weapons, players will be able to strike down enemies from afar. Cunning in nature, this class is willing to bend the rules in order to survive the horde onslaught.

Note that this class can be found in the Steam Closed Alpha for the game.

Torchlight III is a dungeon crawler that has players hacking and slashing their way through goblins, the undead and other dangerous Netherim creatures. Along the way, players will be able to loot to their heart’s content, collect gear, explore dungeons, and build their very own fort.

The full release will come out for the PC later this year.
