Ysbryd Games and Sukeban Games announced today that VA-11 HALL-A: Cyberpunk Bartender Action will make its way to the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on May 2.
Taking place in a cyberpunk world, denizens of Glitch City flock to the hole-in-the-wall dive bar VA-11 HALL-A, which provides solace for lonely souls that constantly face the brutality of the city’s daily dystopia. Players will be able to become master mixologists as the bartender Jill, with characters reacting differently depending on both the drinks served and how much alcohol they’ve had.

According to Christopher “Kiririn51” Ortiz, co-founder, Sukeban Games:
[testimonials user=” email=” name=” position=” photo=”]“We wanted players to feel a sense of humanity in VA-11 HALL-A. Oftentimes we get so stuck staring at screens that we forget what it means to be human. Jill gets to hear all sorts of stories every night, from crazy to serious, and every single one of them is equally important to each teller. This influences the direction players take with the drinks they serve, making it a story-driven experience that’s personal to the player.”[/testimonials]
Limited Run physical editions for both consoles, along with a Nintendo Switch collector’s edition are also planned, with details coming later this year.
