Those looking for a refresher course on Europan history are in luck, as SEGA has released a new video for Valkyria Chronicles 4.

Though players can enjoy Valkyria Chronicles 4 without any knowledge of the series, there is some backstory and history to be found for those wishing to learn more. For those people, noted Europan Historian Douglas Welch takes a deep dive into the history of the First and Second Europan wars in the video below.

Valkyria Chronicles 4 takes a closer look at the Atlantic Federation, which is at war with the Eastern Imperial Alliance. The game stars Claude Wallace, commander of Squad 7, and his journeys on the battlefield.
