During X019 today, Upstream Arcade and Raw Fury announced that its twin-stick shooter West of Dead, featuring Ron Perlman (Hellboy), is now in development.
Perlman takes on the vocal role of game’s protagonist William Mason, who is a dead man awakened with only the memory of a figure in black. Players will experience a procedurally generated Purgatory, and must shoot and dodge your way through everything the underworld throws at you.

The West of Dead open beta is now available for the Xbox One until November 25. The game will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2020.
