Yakuza: Like a Dragon | Next Generation of Yakuza
The latest title in SEGA’s long-running Yakuza series, Yakuza: Like a Dragon puts the spotlight on the low-ranking grunt Ichiban Kasuga. Facing an eighteen-year prison sentence after he took the fall for a crime he didn’t commit, he returns to society to find his clan destroyed.
He sets out to find the truth behind his family’s betrayal in the area of Yokohama, teaming up with the rogue cop Adachi, the homeless ex-nurse Nanba, and the hostess Saeko. Unlike the combat system of previous entries, Yakuza: Like a Dragon will pay host to turn-based RPG type combat with a four-person battle team.
The game will come out on November 10, 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series S/X, and PC via Steam. The PlayStation 5 version of the game will come out on March 2, 2021.
