Ys IX: Monstrum Nox Coming to Nintendo Switch and PC July 6

Previously released on the PlayStation 4, the world of Nihon Falcom and NIS America’s Ys IX: Monstrum Nox will come out for the Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam on July 6, 2021.

In this title, series mainstay Adol “the Red” Christin and Dogi arrive at the city of Balduq. Annexed by the Romun empire, Adol finds himself detained before even setting foot inside. He soon meets Aprilis, who turns him into a superhuman being known as a Monstrum. With these powers in hand, he must enter the Grimwald Nox to vanquish the threats to Balduq.

Moves like Flash Move and Flash Guard are joined by new additions such as Gifts and Boost Mode.

The game will also be out on the Nintendo Switch on July 9, 2021 in Europe, and July 16, 2021 in Oceania.
