There might be a metric ton of new titles at E3 in a few weeks, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some good games coming out soon. On that note, here are 5 games we’re looking forward to in June. Oh, and we won’t make you click through five pages to look at the entire list.
5 Games We’re Looking Forward to in June
ONRUSH
Developed by Codemasters and published by Deep Silver, ONRUSH takes the racing genre to hilly terrain. Players can get a little rough with their opponents, earning boost by slamming into rivals. We’re looking forward to hitting the roads in cars, motorcycles, and other off-road vehicles, and also experiencing its speedy gameplay.
ONRUSH will come out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 5, 2018.
Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn
A sequel to the infamous 1994 SEGA Genesis and Super Nintendo fighter, Saber Interactive’s Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn is set to debut in June. Players will take control of a poor Chinese orphan named Shaq Fei Hung (played by Shaquille O’Neal), who must travel to faraway locations to lay the smack down on pop culture icons. We’re looking forward to experiencing the absurdity this beat-em-up has to offer.
Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on June 5.
The Crew 2
Developed by Ivory Tower and published by Ubisoft, The Crew 2 features a persistent open world environment across a scaled-down recreation of the United States. In addition to cars, players can also take control of planes, motorcycles, and boats. We’re especially looking forward to enjoying its cooperative multiplayer mode, which allows players to join different rally raid events together.
The Crew 2 will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 29, 2018.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle
In what could be the biggest crossover for Arc System Works to date, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle combines the worlds of BlazBlue, Under Night In-Birth, Persona 4 Arena, and the RWBY franchise into a two-on-two tag team fighter. We’re looking forward to playing with the 40 available characters.
BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle will come out for the PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on June 5, 2018.
Jurassic World Evolution
Ever wanted to create a dinosaur theme park of your very own? Frontier Developments will make this dream a reality via the upcoming release of Jurassic World Evolution. Set on Isla Nublar, players will be able to develop five-star parks, complete with buildings and facilities, entertainment rides, enclosures, and approximately 40 dinosaur species. Jeff Goldblum will also reprise his role as Dr. Ian Malcolm, providing narration for the game. We’re looking forward to playing around with the set of tools this game has to offer, including the terrain tool.
Jurassic World Evolution will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on June 12, 2018.
What we at Gamers Heroes are looking forward to the most:
We at Gamers Heroes are looking forward to Jurassic World Evolution the most. The development team has worked closely with Universal Studios, so the attention-to-detail should be very close to the pedigree found in the movies.
