5 Games We’re Looking Forward to in September
Developed by Microsoft Studios, Armature, and Keiji Infafune’s studio Comcept, ReCore is an upcoming action-adventure game that is massive in scale. Players take control of Joule Adams and her robot companion Mack as they explore the world of Far Eden. We’re looking forward to seeing what this dream team of studios will bring to the table.
ReCore will come out for the Xbox One and PC on September 13, 2016.
Destiny: Rise of Iron
Destiny: Rise of Iron expands upon the universe of Bungie’s 2014 shooter Destiny, featuring new cinematic story campaign set within “The Plaguelands.” Also included in this expansion is new weapons, armor, and gear. We’re looking into diving back into this MMOFPS, as the previous expansions have given us literally hundreds of hours of playtime.
Destiny: Rise of Iron will come out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 20, 2016.
BioShock: The Collection
A re-release of 2K Games’ BioShock and BioShock: Infinite, BioShock: The Collection revamps both titles for the next generation of consoles. In addition to updated graphics at 1080p and 60FPS, there is also a brand new director commentary. Entitled “Imagining BioShock”, it features input from series’ creator director Ken Levine and lead artist Shawn Robertson. We’re looking back into experiencing both games, as the visual aesthetics are unrivaled.
BioShock: The Collection will come out for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 13, 2016.
The latest version of EA’s soccer series, FIFA 17 includes new attacking techniques, an overhaul of the physical players, an active intelligence system, and more. We’re looking forward to experiencing all of these tweaks to the gameplay.
FIFA 17 will come out for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on September 27, 2016.
Forza Horizon 3
Created in collaboration with Playground Games and Microsoft Studios, Forza Horizon 3 takes the series to Australia. Featuring an open-world map twice the size of the one found in Forza Horizon 2, the game features more than 350 cars at launch. We’re looking forward to exploring this open world, and seeing the variety that this game has to offer.
Forza Horizon 3 will come out for the Xbox One and PC on September 23, 2016.
