Cosplay Wednesday – Mass Effect’s FemShep

Cosplay Wednesday - Mass Effect's FemShep

The tales of Commander Shepard and the crew of the Normandy might be officially over according to BioWare, but that does not mean fans have forgotten about the original Mass Effect trilogy. While these diehard Paragons and Renegades wait with bated breath on any news about the latest Mass Effect game, Gamers Heroes takes a look at our favorite FemShep on the Citadel.

Crystal Graziano (or crystalcosfx) is no stranger here at Gamers Heroes — in fact, we have featured her Laughing Beauty cosplay in the past. Taken by BigWhiteBazooka Photography and sponsored by Red 5’s Firefall, Crystal Graziano’s FemShep cosplay was based off of an in-game render. Crafted from foam, rubber, and custom printed lycra, Crystal Graziano’s FemShep cosplay truly captures the default version of the Mass Effect persona.

Those who would like to see a more personal look as to how she created this FemShep cosplay can check out the video below.

You can find Crystal Graziano on Facebook here, on Twitter here, and on DeviantArt here.

Do you enjoy a bit of gaming cosplay? Or maybe you’re passionate enough to do it full time. Drop me a line at casey[at]gamersheroes[dot]com and we’ll feature some of your cosplay.

Casey Scheld

Casey Scheld has more than 15 years of experience in the gaming industry as a community manager, social media director, event specialist, and (of course) gaming editor. He has previously worked with gaming start-ups like Raptr, publishers like Konami, and roller derby girls at PAX West (check out Jam City Rollergirls)! Gamers Heroes is a passion project for him, giving him a chance to tap into the underground side of gaming. He is all too eager to give these lesser-known heroes of the indie space the attention they so rightly deserve, seeking out the next gem and sharing it with the world. Previously making appearances at events like CES, GDC, and (the late) E3, he is all too happy to seek out the next big thing. For those that want to talk shop, send over a tip, or get an easy win in a fighting game of their choosing, be sure to check out his social media channels below.
