Hailing from St. Petersburg, AmazingRogue turned her sights to The Elder Scrolls Online’s Altmer race for these shots. The costume and modeling of this High Elf were all done by her. With this stunning cosplay, it’s easy to see why this race considers themselves the most civilized culture of Tamriel.
