To claim the DLC items you must progress through the main story until you are able to explore Elsinore. Once you can switch between areas the main story will take you to the Headquarters. Once there speak with the Supplies NPC. When the Supplies screen opens, click the “Special Issue” option. This will allow you to pick up some DLC items.
