Why You Should DigiConvert At 200% And Not 100% In Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth - Hackers Memory
What’s the difference between DigiConvert at 100% and 200%? Well check out this guide to learn Why You Should DigiConvert At 200% And Not 100% In Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hackers Memory. As is common with the Digimon games, there are bunch of background mechanics that can influence the strength and potential of your Digimon. While understanding these mechanics is not paramount to completing the game, it is vital if you want the strongest Digimon and access to the more powerful and iconic Digivolves.

One of these mechanics is the DigiConvert ability at the DigiLab. Every time you battle a Digimon a percentage of data is analyzed and stored. At 100% you can then use the DigiConvert option to summon that Digimon to join your party, your farm or just fill up your inbox. However, you may notice that once you reach 100% Scan Rate, it can still be increased. Further encounters with the same Digimon will continue to increase the Scan Rate up to 200%. So why? Whether you DigiConvert at 100% or 200%, you lose all the Scan Rate you had. So what’s the difference? Well, see for yourself.

At first glance, there’s not much difference between the two. One could argue the 100% DigiConvert is better because of the higher HP. However, all stats on a Digimon are randomized based on other factors. The Scan Rate plays a minimal role in deciding these attributes.

However, what it does decide, is the ABI stat. This stat won’t mean much at the start of the game but all of the best Digivolves later, for the Ultimates and similarly powerful Digimon, you will need high amounts of ABI. This is usually a very long process through DigiVolve and De-DigiVolve over and over again. However, waiting until a Scan Rate is at 200% gives your Digimon 5 ABI right off the bat.

Victory Uchida stands out like a sore thumb. He wears a pointy yellow hat. However, he does like to mask his location by hiding in places slightly out of camera view or behind pillars and other obstacles. If he's not at the location described, check again later or check another location.
