Standing at the throne in the Gerudo Town, turn around so you are facing the strange statue and then walk behind the statue. In the distance, you will see several pillars. You need to follow a direct line through the desert to reach those pillars. Once you get there, climb the structure and use explosives to destroy the floor. This reveals a huge light that will show you the path to the next pillars. Follow the beam in the sky to the next pillar and then climb the nearby structure and turn the wheel to move the light to the next structure.

Follow the beam again until the final structure where you must climb it and then use some materials at the top to repair the wheel and complete the riddle.
