Anticipated Looter Shooter Vigor Entering Steam Early Access in May

After being played by over 20 million players on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, Bohemia Interactive’s Vigor is slated to release in Steam Early Access starting in May.

Set in a post-apocalyptic Norway, this free-to-play survival shooter tasks players with staying alive in this harsh environment as an Outlander. Along the way, players will have to seek out resources and better equipment and seek out points of interest.

The team at Bohemia Interactive is aware that the title has been out for approximately five years, with a number of Battle Passes during that time period. With that in mind, the development team is letting those that buy the Vigor – Reinforcements Pack enjoy Early Access with Season 18, also known as Vigor Chronicles: Isolation. Note that this pack will be priced at $19.99.

As part of this update, players can utilize the Smoke Grenade, take on the new Eikevjen Shootout map, utilize melee improvements, and wield the M14 assault rifle. Note that Early Access Outlanders will also be able to get a first look at the Weapon Overhaul.
