Conan Exiles
Funcom showcases the immersive environments of the upcoming open-world survival game based in the Conan universe, Conan Exiles, in glorious fashion with a selection of brand new screenshots accompanied by a 3D gallery. Conan Exiles is set to release under Steam Early Access sometime in January of next year but today fans of the Conan IP get a sneak glimpse at what’s on offer with an announcement surrounding an exciting partnership with NVIDIA.

Funcom and Nvidia will be teaming up to introduce the cutting-edge Ansel technology into the Conan Exiles experience- giving players the opportunity to take breathtaking screenshots of the game in 360 degrees. The screenshots will also be compatible with various VR devices including Oculus Rift, Vive and various mobile VR platforms. To celebrate the announcement Funcom and Nvidia have released a number of new 3D screenshots that can be viewed on the NVIDIA Website.

[testimonials user=” email=” name=’Funcom CEO Rui Casais’ position=” photo=”]“We want to make sure the game is available to as many people as possible from the very start of Early Access. Releasing a game into Early Access means building a community of players around it that helps us as developers realize the full potential of the game. The more people we can include in that process, the better it will be for the game and for the players.” [/testimonials]

For those a little less adventurous, you can check out the screenshots in a slightly duller fashion below. But seriously, check out the 3D gallery.

Conan Exiles will launch under Early Access in January 2017 and will support 11 languages initially including English, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
