Depending on the platform, digitally pre-ordering the game will net you some goodies. PlayStation 4 owners will receive a digital version of the Dark Souls III soundtrack and a pre-order theme for their system. The soundtrack will be available on April 12, 2016. Xbox One owners will get a digital copy of the original Dark Souls, playable on the Xbox 360 and eventually the Xbox One via backwards compatibility. Steam owners will also receive a digital copy of the soundtrack. Those who own both Dark Souls and Dark Souls II in their Steam library will be able to save $5 toward their pre-order.
Dark Souls III will come out for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on March 24, 2016.
