Deceit 2 Christmas Update Now Available

The world of World Makers’ social deduction thriller Deceit 2 is getting a sizeable Christmas Update to ring in the holiday season.

From now through January 4, 2024, players will be able to enjoy Christmas decorations, themed and themed skins in Deceit 2. As part of the festivities, players will set out to collect Holiday “Cheer” as they procure items from the Peddler. From there, they will then be able to exchange each one for exclusive – and delightfully spooky – rewards.

Now available, the latest update for Deceit 2 has incorporated player feedback and ensures that both good and evil factions have equal opportunities for victory. Deceit 2’s Mutation System has also been reworked to allow a more refined experience, while those taking on the role of the Infected; there is now a shared pool of six mutations, map-specific traits, and other strategic elements.

In addition, items sold by the Peddler will now have higher randomization, and certain items will be disabled in smaller games to help with balance. Other changes include updates and additions to tasks across different maps

Core menus and UI elements throughout Deceit 2 have been revamped as part of this new update. This gives the title a more modern and cleaner aesthetic, while new screens and additional scenes ensure there is more immersion into the Ritual.

Deceit 2 is available for the PC via Steam. The title is 20% off until December 18, bringing the total down to $7.99.
