Destroyer: The U-Boat Hunter Now Available

The 1.0 release of Iron Wolf Studio and Daedalic Entertainment’s Naval-Warfare Sim Destroyer: The U-Boat Hunter is now available.

Set during World War II, Destroyer: The U-Boat Hunter meshes together historical accuracy and the tension of a high sea thriller – Tom Clancy fans take note!

Players will step into the helm of a Fletcher Class Destroyer as they set out to protect supply convoys from U-Boat attacks of the Wehrmacht. One will utilize precise and accurately depicted instruments to detect and destroy the enemy.

To add to the experience, more than 300 voice reports were recorded by professional voice actors, navy school cadets, and US Navy experts. The title will also feature immersive cutscenes in-between missions.

Starting out in Early Access, Destroyer: The U-Boat Hunter quickly grew an active community that helped the development team with their feedback. This 1.0 release will serve as a showcase of the games’ journey through this period, all while introducing its core mechanics to a set of new players.
