Tomb Raider from Crystal Dynamics is coming out for the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 in just over a week. This gritty reboot of Tomb Raider franchise is supposed to take a deep look into the origin story of the well known Lara Croft character. The focus is supposed to be what made Lara such a hard core, treasure finding, bad ass that she turned out to be in the other Tomb Raider Games. The Final Hours Developer Diaries are the true behind the scenes look at the new Tomb Raider Game. These episodes go into great detail about the character of the game, how they are rebooting the story and what the process of making a game is like. Episode 4 may be the most interesting for some people as it outlines the multiplayer mode that will be available when Tomb Raider launches on March 5th.

The Guide to Survival Episodes are short videos that go over the actual gameplay mechanics of the upcoming Tomb Raider game. One of the most interesting aspects these videos talk about is the upgrading mechanic with the base camp situation. Points are earned by completing missions, exploring or doing combat things that will unlock new skills. These skills will build Lara into the adventurer we all know and love.
