Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and NetherRealm Studios today released a new video that confirms the presence of the evil tattooed sorcerer Quan Chi in the highly anticipated addition to the MK franchise, Mortal Kombat X. As the latest character to be confirmed, Quan Chi joins an already impressive roster of fan favorite MK characters including Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Kano and Raiden, alongside a number of new faces including Cassie Cage, D’Vorah, Ferra/Torr and Kotal Kahn.
Narrated by the Executive Producer and NetherRealm Studios, Shaun Himmerick, the new video showcases a number of unique abilities available to Quan Chi as he deploys powerful magical attacks that decimate his opponent. Watch as the developers demonstrate his Sorcerer skill set, the deadly ability to open dark portals with the Warlock, and the conjure the aid of a NetherRealm beast with the Summoner set.
