Toukiden 2 Goes F2P With Free Alliances Version

Toukiden 2 - Gamers Heroes
Koei Tecmo announced today that their action RPG Toukiden 2 is going free-to-play with the release of Toukiden 2: Free Alliances Version.

In this version, players can fight alongside those of the full version of the game. To do so, players can take on Group Missions offered at the Command Center. From there, players visit various Ages to slay monstrous beasts with up to four other people. The first chapter of the main campaign is also available in the free version.

What makes the Free Alliances Version different is its Stamina Meter. Each player starts with a Stamina level of 3, and these units of Stamina require eight real-time hours to replenish. Those looking to immediately dive back into the action can spend Gems purchasable at the Slayer’s Headquarters. These gems can also be used to increase the Stamina Level to a maximum level of 8.

This version will come out for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on May 30, 2017.
