NIS America and Nihon Falcom have released new details about The Explorers of Seiren and the Day One Edition of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA.
New to Ys VIII are the young noblewoman Laxia, the fisherman Sahad, the transporter Hummel, and the isle native Ricotta. The ability to recruit castaways is also available.

Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA – The Explorers of Seiren (PS4, PS Vita, Steam)
The Day One Edition of the game, exclusive to the PlayStation 4, will come with a select soundtrack of five tracks and a 32-page full colored art book.
Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA will come out for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Steam on September 12, 2017 in North America, and on September 15, 2017 in Europe.
