The Birds of a Feather quest can be found on Pirate’s Islands. Xenia will give you several different maps that act as clues as to the whereabouts of a golden feather she is hoping to find. The treasure is always in the same location so you can ignore all of the maps, except the one above.

You can find that location on the world map as shown below

Once you reach the location you will come across the Lighthouse of the Father of Ajax. There’s a large jar in the far corner. Interact with it to progress with the quest. From here, it’s simple objective marker progress.
