You can find it here on the map if you just want a picture location.
It is on Cauda Island and near the little lake on the map. Go around outside of the cave near there and you can find it right on the opposite side of the small lake. I flew there with a helicopter but you could also take a boat to the beach and walk. Unlike the other Easter Eggs we have encountered, you can go up to this one and interact with it for a cool bonus. Make sure you have the sound up a bit so you can hear the bell ring!
And no, you can’t take the sniper rifle out of the fire.
