• Start the Treasure Hunt by reading the note
• Gain access to the compound on the North side by shooting the lock
• Head inside, grab the shed key, and open the shed
• When the shed is opened the Mongoose will flee into the village. Chase it down and kill it
• Loot the dead Mongoose to find the key then head back inside and up the stairs to open the chest.

Head to the location and read the note to start the Treasure Hunt. You learn of a deadly Mongoose on the premises, if that’s a thing. On the North side of the compound is a gate with a lock. Shoot the lock to open the gate. Once inside, grab the shed key immediately ahead of you and then open the shed. If you want to be clever, place some explosives on the gate the other side of the shed before opening.

Once you open the shed the Mongoose will flee out of that gate and begin running around town. You need to kill the Mongoose so you can loot the key to open Alvaro’s Gun case back in the house. Once the Mongoose is dead, loot the body and return to the house. Go upstairs to unlock the chest. You get a Lethal Dose Unique Pistol.
