You will need two stamina bars to gain access to the Champion’s Tunic. It is located up in Hyrule Castle and that is in the sky now, so you will have to float to it. You can use the special horse bed at the stables for an extra stamina bar. You can also get some stamina food or elixirs to get there.
I shot out of the Lookout Landing tower and floating my way over to the castle. Once inside, head up into the throne room. Near the chair that is in the room, you can see two unlit braziers.
