Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is a remastered compilation of the first three Uncharted games, rebuilt specially for the PlayStation 4. It includes Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves and Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, appearing for the first time on the PlayStation 4 and featuring brand new trophies created exclusively for this collection. The Collection also features the new Photo Mode, allowing players to freeze gameplay at any time to take screenshots that can then be customized using graphical filters, camera controls and other options, and then shared with friends.

Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune follows the adventures of Nathan Drake as he is tipped off by a clue in a 400-year old coffin and sets off to find the fabled treasure of El Dorado in a remote, forgotten island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. Drake ends up getting more than what he bargained for, however, and finds himself trapped on the island and hunted down by mercenaries. Drake and his companions must now struggle to survive against the mercenaries, while trying to uncover the secrets hidden in the island.

In Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, Drake returns to the world of thieves and treasure-seekers and heads to the Himalayas, working with Chloe Frazer with his old friends Elena Fisher and Victor Sullivan, in an attempt to find the legendary valley of Shambhala. Instead, he finds himself locked in a dangerous struggle against a fugitive war criminal.

Finally, in Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception, Nathan Drake sets out to search for the fabled “Atlantis of the Sands”, a lost city called the Iram of the Pillars, in the Rub’al Khali desert of Arabia with his old mentor Victor Sullivan, and ends up facing off against a mysterious clandestine organization. While Uncharted 2: Among Thieves drew from the travels of Marco Polo, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception draws from the archaeology days of T. E. Lawrence.

The Uncharted games feature action-adventure platforming action starring Nathan Drake as the protagonist, and involving him both combating foes and exploring uncharted locations in search of mystery, adventure and fortune.
