Sunwing’s are easy to find, there is a spawn point directly outside Aloy’s main base.
Simply approach and override a Sunwing and you gain access to a flying mount. You can then use it to fly to The Shining Wastes Tallneck and access the head so you can override it and claim the map data for the area.
