How To Evolve Stantler In Pokemon Legends Arceus

Stantler evolves into Wyrdeer, which is a Pokemon that plays an integral part in the story. This guide on How To Evolve Stantler In Pokemon Legends Arceus will tell you the requirements to evolve a Stantler into an Wyrdeer, as it’s one of the more unique and surprising evolutions introduced with Pokemon Legends Arceus.

There is one single requirement to evolving Stantler, you need to master its moves. Not all of them, specifically you want to master Psyshield Bash. This is a move that all Stantlers have when caught but if yours does not, simply edit the moves and you will see it there. You need to master the move because once a move is mastered, you unlock the Strong Style and Agile Style of the moves. One increases the moves power but slows you down for the next round, the other weakens the move but you have a higher chance of going again.

You need Psyshield Bash mastered because if you want to evolve Stantler into Wyrdeer, you need to use it in a fight. Specifically, when you get into battle, select Psyshield Bash and then press L to use the move in Agile Style. Whether the move kills the Pokemon or not doesn’t matter, you simply need to use the move in a fight and it has to hit. You need to repeat this process 20 times. The move has 10 PP by default so you will need to use it 5 times and then restore your PP by resting 4 times. Using a move in Strong or Agile style doubles the PP cost of the move.

Once you have hit Psyshield Bash 20 times, you can evolve Stantler into Wyrdeer
